“I received products on 1/27/09, and started tracking my usage.  I received a permanent relaxer on
1/24/09.  My  hair felt a bit dry after the perm, so I decided to try  Hair Rej shampoo and Hair Thick Cond.

I usually wash my hair on a weekly basis, because I work out about 3X weekly. I applied as directed, worked consistently in my thinning area in the
crown and I rinsed scalp with cool water/ then applied the conditioner, let it stay about  10 minutes (please understand, this cleansing shampoo
caters to the health of the scalp , and not the hair). My hair  did not feel as moist, but that was understood. I washed twice, massaging the scalp. 
My scalp felt like it was breathing.

Next, I used my own moisture shampoo, and left it on my hair for 10 minutes, and my hair was supple & moist. After a cool rinse, I used the Hair Thick Cond,
and worked it in for about 10 minutes, then rinsed cool.  I believe the extreme list of botanicals in the shamp/conditioners  helped sooth my scalp. 
I was so excited.  My scalp definitely felt so rejuvenated.

Well next, it was time for me to try the Extreme Moisturizer (wow), this stuff was powerful! I worked the Extreme Moisture on my hair and worked it into the
scalp, and put a plastic cap on my hair  and sat under  the dryer for about 30 minutes (chemically treated hair tends to need more moisture).  Exmoisture
was so rich/creamy it made my hair moist, supple, and manageable. It smelled  so good!

I am glad I saved the best for last, because, I love the Exmoisture and I rinsed my hair for about 5 minutes with cool then 5 minutes with cold water because
the cooler water stimulates circulation in the scalp. I tracked my usage and washed/conditioned  on weekly basis with the Advanced HG products. After
about a month, I noticed my hair was slowly coming in.  That was enough for me, since I had no hair for the last three years. I am finally maintaining some
hair and I Love it.

Well, as I continued to use these  products, my shedding was decreased drastically.  It seems like I was just feeding the scalp and hair what it needed. 
After about 2.5 months, my hair became so manageable and it was growing in the crown. The crown of the hair tends to grow slower, but you know,
it still coming in and staying on my head. The rest of my hair strands seem to thicken back up to my normal texture. It was a work of art!! My hair was so healthy.

Now, at the end of April 2009, I have about 1.5 inches of new growth, and it is staying on my head. I normally have thin hair, but it is healthy hair. I can work
much better with my hair. I did clip the ends after perm. I have coordinated with several of my clients to share my progress. I will keep on monitoring my
